Salary and employment
When you complete assignments on behalf of Boostified AB, you have your employment with Boostified, specialized in employer responsibility and payroll administration. It is thus Boostified that deducts taxes and pays employer contributions according to current rules. It is simple, safe, and gives you a good overview of your collaborations.

Holiday pay
You receive your holiday pay in connection with your salary. Holiday pay is 12% of your gross salary. You are therefore responsible for putting your own money aside for your holiday.

AGREEMENT ON TERMS FOR GENERAL FIXED TERM EMPLOYMENT
Boostified AB, 559091-6754, Grimsbygatan 24, 211 20 Malmö, Sweden (hereinafter referred to as "Boostified") and

(hereinafter referred to as the "Employee") have entered into the following agreement on terms of general fixed term employment:
1. Form of employment, etc.
Boostified and the Employee (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) agree that the Parties may, from time to time, enter into agreements for fixed term employment for the performance of work on behalf of Boostified's partners. For each individual fixed term employment, the Employee is employed as an influencer.
Each separately accepted assignment will constitute a general fixed term employment in accordance with Section 5, Paragraph 1 of the Swedish Employment Protection Act (LAS). The employment ends upon completion of the assignment according to the terms of the assignment as agreed by the Parties at each time. The Employee is thus deemed to commence and terminate a new employment for each separately accepted assignment. The time between assignments does not count as employment or time of employment. Therefore, the terms of employment in this agreement do not apply in between employment.
The Parties agree that Boostified has no obligation to offer the Employee any certain amount of work, and the Parties further agree that the Employee is free to accept or decline each individual offer of work from Boostified.
Each individual fixed term employment is conditional upon the Boostified Employee receiving confirmation of the conclusion of a fixed term employment between the Parties.
The terms of employment stated in this agreement, along with the policies and the instructions as notified by Boostified from time to time, apply to each individual fixed term employment.
2. Responsibilities
The Employee shall perform his or her duties in accordance with the instructions provided by Boostified for each accepted assignment. For each accepted assignment and employment, the Employee shall perform the assigned work in a thorough and proper manner. The Employee shall always, to the best of his or her ability, safeguard the best interests of Boostified and its client.
The Parties agree that it is important for the business of Boostified and its client that the Employee be service-oriented and in every way a good representative of Boostified and its client, and that this is an important prerequisite for each employment. The Employee is expected to have the equipment required for the performance of his or her assignments.
3. Promotion terms
The Employee must apply to campaigns that are of interest to the Employee. The employee must give their honest opinion about the product/service so as not to mislead their followers or network, whether it is a customer review or a post on social media.
The employee must publish the number of posts required by the campaign and the image must be published before the agreed deadline unless otherwise determined.
The brand must be clearly visible in the image.
The employee must use the correct hashtags and mentions and these must be included in the copy, i.e. not in the comments section.
The Employee must state that the publication is “in collaboration with” Boostified's client.
The picture must be public for at least 3 months.
The image must be published separately from other collaborations and if the Employee makes an album with several images, the product must appear in the first image.
The employee may only display the campaign's product/service and not have other competing brands in the image.
The employee may not make their account private during the campaign period and for three months thereafter.
4. Immaterial rights
The employee undertakes to hand over image rights to Boostified and its clients during each general fixed-term employment when tasks are carried out in the delivery of images on Instagram or other social channels. The employee grants a global, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, and perpetual right to images and videos.
5. Compensation
Upon completed work, the Employee shall receive the compensation agreed upon for each individually accepted assignment. In some cases, at the request of the client, a cash amount is added to cover the Employee's preliminary tax costs on the entire product/service. This is clearly stated in the assignment application. The product/service is presented prior to each employment, while the cash amount is paid on the 25th of the month following the termination of employment.
The cash amount consists in part of the Employee's holiday pay. Since the entire cash payment is used for the Employee's preliminary tax deduction, the Employee’s net compensation consists only of the product/service about which the Employee shall publish information; i.e., no cash compensation is provided.
The compensation is not pensionable. Boostified pays employer contributions in relation to each salary payment.
If the work is not performed at all or performed in violation of the promotion terms, the Employee is obliged to repay any compensation paid for that particular employment upon request. Boostified has the right to value products/services according to their market value and the Employee accepts such valuation in advance.
6. Illness
In the event of illness, the Employee is assumed to decline any offer of assignments.
7. Holiday
The Parties agree that holiday leave will not be issued with any fixed term employment. Holiday pay of twelve (12) percent will be paid together with the Employee’s salary as described above and will be specified on the Employee’s payslip.
8. Confidentiality
The Employee undertakes to observe, in the course of employment as well as after termination of employment, confidentiality with regard to the affairs and other circumstances of Boostified and its client, about which the Employee has gained knowledge during his or her employment and which, due to their nature, should not be disclosed to third parties; for example, requirements on the Employee during a particular promotion.
9. Notice period
Any individual fixed term employment is terminated without prior notice and without compensation after the term of employment.
10. Other
Boostified's General Terms and Conditions as per the Annex apply in addition to this agreement for each accepted fixed term employment.
The Employee grants Boostified the right to settle any claim on the Employee arising from the agreement against the Employee’s claim on Boostified in the form of salary, holiday pay, and any other compensation.
This agreement fully replaces any previous verbal or written employment terms between the Employee and Boostified or any other company in the Group. Additions and amendments to this agreement shall be in writing and signed by both Parties.
This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be referred to a general court in Sweden.

ANNEX (GDPR)
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING STATEMENT
1. Introduction
In order to fulfill the employment agreement (the “Agreement”) between yourself and Boostified AB, corp. ID 559091-6754 (“Boostified”), Boostified needs to process personal information about you. You are not required to disclose personal information to Boostified, but if Boostified is not provided with the requested information, Boostified may not be able to fulfill its obligations, such as paying salaries and maintaining a good work environment.
This personal data processing statement (the “Statement “) aims to provide you with clear information about what personal data about you is collected and processed by Boostified, how it is processed, the purpose of processing, the legal basis for processing, who receives access to the information, and your rights with regard to the processing. Below are also the steps taken to protect your personal data as well as information on how you contact us if you have any questions about our processing of your personal data.
2. Processing
Data controller
Boostified is data controller of the personal data about you that is collected and processed by Boostified within the scope of this Agreement. This means that Boostified controls the processing of your personal data. Boostified contact details are contained under paragraph 9 below.
2. Personal data processed
Personal data refers to any type of information that may be directly or indirectly attributable to a natural person in life. The information about you that is collected and processed within the scope of the Agreement includes such information that you provide to Boostified in connection with employment commencement, performance reviews, health examinations, etc.

3. Legal basis and purpose
Fulfillment of agreement
Personal Data, such as name, personal ID number, address, and bank account details will be processed by Boostified in order to conclude and fulfill its obligations under the Agreement, including:
payment of salaries and other compensations, and ensuring that you receive your employment benefits, such as company car, wellness grant, etc., and
maintaining your insurance coverage relating to, for example, pension, occupational injury, and death in connection with work.
Legal obligation
Personal Data, such as name, personal ID number, and payroll details will be processed by Boostified in order to comply with the requirements imposed on Boostified by applicable law, including:
providing the Swedish Tax Agency with statements of earnings and deductions and payroll details, etc., and
providing Boostified’s auditor with payroll details, etc.
Legitimate interests
The Personal Data, such as your name, will be processed by Boostified based on Boostified determining, upon weighing interests, that Boostified's interest in processing the Personal Data outweighs your interest in said Personal Data not being processed for the purpose. This is based on the fact that Boostified needs to process such Personal Data in order to:
market Boostified on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media,
book travel, and
for you to be able to act as a contact with suppliers, customers, partners, etc., for example, in the Boostified CRM system.
Labour law obligations
Personal Data, such as health information, may be processed by Boostified in order to fulfill its obligations and exercise its rights under Swedish labour laws, including:
providing the Swedish Social Insurance Agency with information in connection with illness, pregnancy, and parental leave,
fulfilling rehabilitation responsibilities,
maintaining a good work environment, and
fulfilling its obligations to union organizations in connection with, for example, reorganization, reassignment, and termination.
4. Additional processing and obtaining consent
In the event that Boostified needs to process Personal Data for any purpose other than what is listed in paragraph 2.3 above, Boostified will inform you accordingly by updating this Statement in accordance with paragraph 8 below.
Should, for example, Boostified process the Personal Data for any purpose that requires your consent under applicable law, Boostified will obtain your consent before such processing begins. Consent to such processing is entirely voluntary.
5. Recipients
Boostified will disclose such Personal Data to third parties that Boostified is required to disclose by law. Such disclosure will, for example, be made to authorities, such as the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket), the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), and the Swedish Pensions Agency (Pensionsmyndigheten).
Boostified will also disclose information to third parties that are required in order to fulfill this Agreement, for example, to take out and maintain insurance and for payroll administration, but also to vendors, customers, and partners against which you will act as contact and invoice recipient.
In addition to the above, Boostified may disclose Personal Data to third parties in order to, for example, comply with a court/governmental order or other legal obligations, and to protect rights, property, or safeguard the security of Boostified and its Group companies or other parties.
Boostified will always strive to limit access to Personal Data as set out in paragraphs 3.1–3.4 above and to only disclose the information reasonably required for recipients to do their job or provide their services. Boostified will, pursuant to paragraphs 3.2–3.4, require the recipients of Personal Data to (i) protect your Personal Data in accordance with this Statement and applicable law and (ii) not to use or disclose your Personal Data for any purpose other than for which they were disclosed.
6. Transfers to outside countries
Boostified will not transfer any Personal Data to any outside country (i.e. a country outside the EU/EEA).
7. Security
Boostified has taken the organizational and technical security measures required to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, modification, and erasure. Measures taken include:

8. Your rights
Right of access, rectification, etc.
You have the right to information about what Personal Data Boostified processes. You also have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and to request that Boostified erase some or all of your Personal Data. However, Boostified cannot erase Personal Data if there are legal reasons for continued processing.
2. Right to object
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Personal Data based on interest. Upon such request, Boostified will cease the processing of such Personal Data based on interest. However, if Boostified can demonstrate legitimate interest in the continued processing of said Personal Data that outweighs your interest in ceasing the processing, or if there are legal reasons for continued processing, Boostified may continue processing your Personal Data.
3. Right to data portability
You have the right to have all your Personal Data based on the fulfillment of the Agreement transferred from Boostified to another data controller. In such a case, Boostified will send the Personal Data to the recipient of information designated by you.
4. Requests and complaints
A request to exercise any of the rights listed in paragraphs 6.1–6.3 above shall be submitted to Boostified. The request shall be in writing and signed by you as the requesting party, and sent to the address specified in paragraph 9 below.
Furthermore, you have the right to contact Boostified or the Swedish Data Protection Authority (which will change its name to the Swedish Privacy Protection Authority) at any time to lodge a complaint regarding Boostified's handling of your Personal Data.
9. Retention period
Personal Data will be processed and stored by Boostified for the period required to fulfill the purposes specified in paragraph 2.3 above. The Personal Data will then be erased. In determining the period during which your Personal Data will be stored, Boostified specifically takes into account the requirements for retention periods resulting from law, expiration dates, authority recommendations, and industry practices.
10. Amendments
Boostified reserves the right to change this Statement. If Boostified updates this Statement, Boostified will notify you by e-mail about any significant changes and attach the updated version of the Statement. The current version of the Statement is also available with Boostified's HR Manager.
